Bikini Tip – Blueprint Cleanse

Blueprint Cleanse Co-owners Zoe Sakoutis & Erica Huss
Get healthy. Do a juice cleanse. Detox. Lose the muffin top. Awsome! Can I still drink wine? When the answer was yes, I said “I’m in.” Blueprint Cleanse, true to its name, is a sort of paint by number process with numbered vegetable and fruit infused juices you can use for a day or six days. They’re sponsoring a camp in Southampton with nutritional counseling, cooking classes (who knew massaging kale with lemon and salt could make a great salad), yoga, mini facials and massages, and yes a little wine or vodka mixed into the juice for cocktail hour.
Founded by Zoe Sakoutis who experienced first hand the craziness of the New York hip hotel scene then became a raw food expert and Erica Huss, a former model and dancer with a career in the food and wine industry, Blueprint Cleanse aimed to create a line of healthy products that were user friendly to those who have no intention of giving up martinis and brie. Their motto is “Work hard. Play hard. Cleanse. Repeat.” I’m already addicted to #4 with lemon, cayenne, and agave. Somehow that “lose ten pounds for the bikini” did not get crossed off my To Do list.

Erica Huss & The Biggest Loser's Nicole Brewer
Pretty much everything at camp is delicious to eat from the guilt free chocolate mousse (I’ll post the recipe soon) to the facial by Negin Niknejad with an apple, lemon mask, and honey lip moisturizer. I wanted to find the next cute guy and say, “Lick my face. No, really.”

Jennifer Pesce, Colleen Falcone, Megan Alagna
Reality TV celeb Nicole Brewer who was on The Biggest Loser with boyfriend Damian was there. Erica Huss revealed she literally tracked her down on the subway to introduce herself. Nicole was getting tips like using agave nectar as sweetener and soy beans instead of chick peas and served as an inspiration to us all of what we can achieve when we set our minds to something. Although getting weighed on national television is nothing to showing up in a bikini on Gibson beach in Sagaponack on a summer Saturday. Talk about pressure.
You can pick up the juices at Exhale in Bridgehampton or order them to be sent directly to you www.blueprintcleanse.com.
