Get up close and personal with filmmakers through the The Hamptons International Film Festival and Guild Hall Summer Docs Series.  You can’t live on a diet of social fluff alone so here is the chance to feed your intellect – as well as rub elbows with major cinematic players.

On Monday July 5^th at 8pm HIFF presents The Art Of The Steal at Guild Hall in East Hampton.  The audience will be treated to a Q&A following the screening with Alec Baldwin and the film’s director Don Argott.

You’ll also see filmmakers Sheena M. Joyce and Lenny Feinberg as well as HIFF Chairman Stuart Match Suna, Executive Director Karen Arikian and Director of Programming David Nugent.

The Art of the Steal chronicles the long and dramatic struggle for control of the Barnes Foundation, a private collection of art valued at more than 25 billion.
