It’s on our mind all the time. The thing we fantasize about day and night. That three letter word which starts with S. Spa. We know that other than green tea or perhaps a dirty martini the best antidote to stress is to get to the nearest spa and do something nice for ourselves. Luckily in these stressful economic times some of our favorite Hamptons spas are offering specials to reduce the cost and the guilt factor.
Naturopathica Spa
Naturopathica in East Hampton is offering two for one fun with “Friends and Lovers Days.” Bring a friend or loved one for a massage on Fridays or Sundays in November and each of you will receive 30% off your treatment. Both treatments have to be booked at the same time and mention this offer. Note that it’s not available Thanksgiving weekend November 27 – 29.
And in the spirit of giving and receiving at the same time, when you bring along a nonperishable food item for the East Hampton Food Pantry when you visit the spa Monday through Thursday in November you will receive 20% off your next treatment.
In the favorite free stuff category, in Nivember you receive a full size Creme de la Creme with your purchase of $75 which you can also make online or over the phone.
Ananas Spa
Ananas Spa in Southampton has a cornucopia of November specials. You can look younger for less, erasing years as well as dollars from your spa bottom line.
Micro-Dermabrasion was $150 and now is $120
Glycolic Peel was $90 and now $70

Yonka Le Grand Classique Facial and Mask of Your Choice was $175 and now $145
Sothy’s Hydroptimale Facial was $160 and now $115
You can add on special oxygen and eye treatments for as little as $15 or even reflexology (hello foot rub heaven)
The 75 minute Swedish Massage is now $135 and there are specials on waxing, pedicures and paraffin hand and feet treatments.
The Hair Spa is also offering discounts as well as the boutique with up to 40% off.

Gurneys Inn
Gurneys Inn in Montauk has special packages for oceanfront room stays of one or two nights which include accomodations, meal credits, spa services, and welcome gifts starting from $375 per person for one night for the Spa Retreat and for two nights $510 per person for the Girlfriends Get Away or $696 for the Escape Break for two nights depending on included spa services and fitness classes. Special spa packages are available Sunday through Friday.
For a fall day break you can get a 20% discount on the Ultimate Herbal Wrap or for a one hour treatment they will waive the $30 spa use fee. Roman bath, steam, sauna, locker room, and indoor pool are available for your use. You can also buy a book of 10 spa passes which was $220 and now is $175.
East Wind Spa
The Inn & Spa at East Wind in Wading River has a Mid-Week Retreat with your choice of:
Calming Facial (25 min) or Stress Buster Massage (25 min) Plus a 3 course Price Fix Dinner at Desmond’s with a glass of wine for $59.95 per guest plus tax and gratuity.
