The Hamptons are known for spawning art careers.  Sag Harbor painter and photographer Lianne Alcon hits the scene with a solo show at Ashawagh Hall in style.   Born in Spain, she brings her flamenco roots to her art work, infusing her paintings with passion, movement, and sensuality.

These are images you want to dance to, live with, and admire often.  They hint at the seen, the unseen, and what is smoldering underneath the surface.  On the opening Tuesday night a wall filled with her delightful tiny dancer drawings sold out.

Lianne AlconFor those looking for original art at a great price point and also supporting a new and rising talent – her solo exhibition runs Wednesday and Thursday July 15, 16 from noon to 8pm.

Ashawagh Hall, 780 Springs Fireplace Road, East Hampton
