What’s better than treating yourself at a discount.  I’m a huge fan of Hamptons Wellness Week where you can visit your favorite healers for less or discover new ways to care for yourself and your loved ones.  After all we all need to counteract summer margarita and lobster roll madness!  You can explore Hamptons health and wellness from July 13th to 20th.  You have so many great choices including some of our favorites: Paddle Diva, A Studio Day Spa, Yoga Shanti, and Kama Deva Yoga.  Be nice to yourself.  We will write you a note to your boss you deserve it.

Here’s the scoop:

Hamptons Wellness Week is back and hotter than ever before! Get ready for a sizzlin’ week July 13th-20th featuring everything wellness under the sun from boutique fitness to holistic healing, spa services to stroller strides, pampering to prevention, hydrotherapy to hypnotherapy, water sports galore, and tons more! The possibilities truly are endless. Hamptons Wellness Week is the one-of-a-kind event that rallies the community to try a season’s worth of wellness in one week at an unbeatable price!

Hamptons Wellness Week

Hamptons Wellness Week was founded when Kiley Sabatino of One Healthy Hamptons and Anastasia Gavalas of the Wing it Project discovered a mutual captivation for their community.

The 3rd not-to-be-missed Hamptons Wellness Week encompasses all that the wellness world, Montauk to Westhampton, has to offer the body, mind, and soul at over 50 participating businesses! There’s something for everyone and the one-time fee of $45 is uber-affordable. For the price of one boutique fitness class, participants can try eight and receive 50% off spa, wellness, and summer sports too!

Of course, what’s a week in the Hamptons without a fabulous mid-summer cocktail party? As always, Hamptons Wellness Week will invite all participants, providers, studios, and sponsors to celebrate a fabulous week together at a “Wellness Wing Ding” hosted graciously by Old Stove Pub in Sagaponack. Hamptons Wellness Week benefits participants with great deals and local businesses with valuable buzz. A percentage of the proceeds go to the Wing it Project, founder Anastasia Gavalas’ non-profit, to fund educational opportunities around the world. Past donations enabled nine girls in central Uganda to enroll in school, all of who would not otherwise have been able to attend.
